Yeah I know I should have like wrote about the wedding dinner that was held on last sunday like on Monday or something but I drag until NOW then write..

Anyways before the wedding dinner, in the early morning, I have to get up and went along with my family to my uncle and Arina's new house to wait for my uncle to fetch the bride.
After he fetched the bride to the new house at Yishun, there is the ceremony where the groom and bride need to serve tea to the mother, father etc... Actually after that, there was a buffet but I skipped it because I didn't sleep the night before! Hahaha... So I went straight home when the buffet commenced.

My uncle's wedding dinner was held at Meritus Mandarin Hotel, in the Mandarin Ballroom ^^ it was quite glam and there were many guests.
Anyway I arrived at the scene at about 7:45pm with Jay. I was like dizzy and feeling nauseous, i think it was because I didn't have enough sleep and didn't eat breakfast and lunch. My uncle lectured me in a funny manner that how come I so late then come and give me that menacing-funny look. Haha.
Ok so we went to our table. The table number is 21. We were seated like just beside my uncle's table ^^ My uncle's close friends are all seated like behind him. My grany was sitting at the main table where my uncle sat, she really looked so nice with the creamy white cheong sam! (¯.¯)b
My brother's gf, Iris was already there, not knowing what to do, I introduced Jay to her. I didn't really chatted with her though, just sometimes give her a little smile. My little cousin was seated on the same table as me, I was quite happy with her sitting beside me. But I felt quite bad because Iris was like all alone. We waited for quite a long time, there was a band of wedding singers. They sing all the love songs including the song called , "Within you Remain" . The wo ai ni song that agwenalist loves so much! Lol! They are from Philippines and they really can sing well. All the love songs they sing made the atmosphere really well. I felt very happy.

Ok so I think the wedding dinner started on like 8pm where everyone is seated. This was when the MCs (one is Arina's best friend, one is my uncle best friend, his name is Da Wei) went up to the stage and made their open speech about my uncle and his wife Arina. Before they invited my uncle and Arina to come into the banquet, they displayed the clip that I did for my uncle and arina!
Omg.. I was so pai seh.. ; ; When I saw the clip, I wanted to dig a hole and hide! Something funny was that the guests thought that when the first part of the song was ending, it was the end of the clip so they started to clap but there was actually a second song! Hahaha.. I was thinking how come they all clapped their hands so quickly? Must be too hungry (¯¬¯) hahaha...

After the clip, the 2 MCs invited my uncle and his wife to enter, and they also requested the ppl who sat near the aisle that they were going to walk down, to actually threw the flowers petals to like bless them or something like that. Of course those who threw the petals are very close friends of Arina and my uncle! Wow it was like fun! How I wish I was there to throw the petals too but too bad I was sitting inside... Everyone was standing up of course to welcome them. Anyway my uncle and Arina looked sooooo happy when they walked in. And the flower petals... Wooo...

So they walked up to the stage and cut the wedding cake, then they were invited to be seated and the dinner commenced... I was already like -> (¯¬¯)
Really hungry! The food is really (¯.¯)b Enjoy it alot hahaha The wedding singers were like dedicating one song they perform to my uncle and his wife. ^^ so sweet.

Ok so in the middle of the dinner the MCs got up again and they were like talking and talking... while my uncle and Arina went to change their gown and suit. And this time they were invited again into the banquet and up the stage to pour the champagne. This time round they made a thank you speech to everyone. My uncle said "Ma Wo Ai Ni!" Hahaha that was so sweet. :) It came to a surprise that my uncle actually thank me at the end of the speech and announced to everyone that I made the clip, I was abit frozen.. So when he thanked me, I looked at him and Arina and gave my best smile. I thought I don't really get that big of a credit for him to thank me in the public ^^

And then the relatives were asked to go up to "yam seng" with the bride and groom. Hehe almost all my close relatives went up but I didn't join in as I don't drink.
So then again we "yam seng" like 3 times before we were invited to sit and continue our dinner.
By then my bladder can't hold on anymore >.< color="#ffccff">You Needed Me" to let the bride and the father have the first dance. My uncle later then cut in. The singers also invited others to join in to the dance floor. But mostly is old people who danced Hahaha XD The wedding singers performed this song and it really suited the whole dance wonderfully.
Well at that moment, I thought my granny must be feeling lonely since my grandpa had passed away.
I hope my grandpa will be happy that his son finally got married! :)

Personally I don't like the song "You Needed Me" but after that night, I felt that this song is really special and nice ^^

Anyway, after then, the wedding singers perform so many song some fast some slow, and all the old people were like dancing madly. HAHAHA.. it was quite funny...

I love weddings! So happy to see the happy faces of wedding couples walking down. I will feel the happiness surging up in my heart ^^ Oh well I only love weddings if the bride and groom are people whom I am close to. Like zen, agwenalist, astaldoreiel hee hee... so who is next? ;)

Lastly I would like to dedicate this song "You Needed Me" to my uncle and arina!
