Xiao Jie, Yao bu yao mai Tissue?

I woke up at 4am in the morning now and today, typing this piece of blog. I can't bring myself to sleep anymore. Think I slept too much now too much energy so cannot get into dreamland.

Yeay finally went out and met up with agwenalist and zen! We went to Akashi to have our dinner! As usual Akashi never fail to deliver wonderful food to my table! Haha! Anyways if you are wondering what is so good about this japanese restaurant. Go to City Link, near Delifrance, it's situated near the escalator. Try it! Especially the Shake(Salmon) Terayaki! Then we chatter about zen's favourite pup -> QQ and how she wanted to kill her etc. Of course that was meant to be a joke. Then we talked about The Simple Life and Young, Posh and Loaded, these 2 reality show following on the young riches... I kept complaining about how filthy rich are those young kids to agwenalist and zen over dinner at Akashi.
Ok the "tissue-uncle" joke haven't begun yet up until now.

So after we had our delicious and very full dinner, we strolled to Esplanade, to the open theatre to watch the free rock gigs call "Made In Singapore". That time it was the time slot for "Electrico", so we sat around and listened. Among the band members, I only find that the keyboardist is pretty rad. Others didn't particularly stood out.
agwenalist told me that one of the band members worked in her office and he is very fierce. I told her to be fierce back to him!

Ok so... blah blah they sang some songs, audience cheered. And then... the vocalist was talking about this song about this guy who want to sing to people so they will pay him in some hawker centre... and the people are very rude to him...

Then at this point I suddenly remembered... the "Tissue-Uncle" that agwenalist mentioned to us in her blog. For more information and laughters please refer to her blog entries entitled, "The Missing Agar Agar" And in her case, she was the victim. That "Tissue-Uncle" actually is rude to her. And because of the comics she drew on her blog, emphasising on "From this expression" to "This expression" that I started monkeying around. I kept imitating the uncle expressions to her, then asked her and sometimes Zen, but mostly is her, "Xiao Jie, Yao bu yao mai Tissue?" Even Zen joined in the fun!
But my point is... agwenalist is the real funny one. She can imitate the uncle expression so well!

After hearing Electrico, we went to this chocolate bar call Max Brenner -> "chocolate from the bald man" (was wondering why did he put that phrase, chocolate makes us bald? Or does great chocolate comes only from bald ppl?)
We had this chocolate fondue, It was quite nice, agwenalist was in the seventh heaven, kept saying "Hmmm! So nice!" Hahaha I still can remember her longing expression when she kept looking at the chocolates display...
Oh then it was here that agwenalist imitated the uncle fierce expression! It was really funny man!!!

Another thing I noticed is whenever you order something, people will keep looking at what you order. Take for example, agwenalist she order the "very cold chocolate shot" and when it arrived, the girls on the next table kept looking. The chocolate really look like tequila shots, the glass is real small. Wonder why, is it because over dosage of high content chocolate will result in death? Like tequila shot? agwenalist let us try but I don't find it nice, there is like bits of chunks of "stuff" inside.
Also tried zen's strawberry float. It was quite ok.

Ok after the whole chocolate thingy, it was like around 10 plus, so we went back to the open theatre. By then the sky kind of wanted to rain so the next band was more or less cancelled. The next one is call "Tania" very feminine name but with all big sized band members...
-.- and we all thought "Tania" is like a female solo..

We walked back to Esplanade and found somewhere to sit. At the beginning there wasn't anything much to chat about so I was playing the "Tissue-Uncle" episode again... I don't know why in the end we talked about marriage, having to deliver babies, wanted our kids to learn what and what, our jobs...
We were quite scare of giving birth as it will be such a painful experience. I wonder why my mom wanted to go through the trouble of giving birth to me. I mean now I know the troube she has gone through for me. ^^;;

In terms of our career...

agwenalist wanted to be a Graphic Designer in the very near future. She wanted to work for some magazine.
zen wanted to be a Beauty Consultant.
As for me... I am currently jobless.. haha no plans.. guess I either want to be a slacker if not a 3D artist.

When it come to our kids...

agwenalist wanted her kids to learn music, it is a definitely must for her. Anything artisitic.
zen wanted her kids to learn Ballet, learning piano is a must for male or females, Kendo...
me... I wanted my kids to definitely learn drawing! And they all must be good looking! When they grow up, they must have a nice figure.. Lol, and they must be good in academic or athletic. They must have lots of suitors etc...
Well at this point, agwenalist was protesting against zen wanting the kids to learn ballet as it will result them walking like ducks... She was also pointing out that how can I control whether my kids will look good or not, and also how many suitors they will have. But she totally agreed on the part where they cannot be fat and must have good figure.
I was thinking whether the kids will all be like pressurised because they have too much things to learn, I mean they are part of our flesh and blood, it will only bring heart ache to us to see them suffer.
And I was telling them as if we are really going to have kids now... the future of having kids is still so far away. So we all laugh away...

Then i started to ask them so like what is the acceptable age for them to say yes to marriage proposals?

agwenalist said 28.
zen don't like to set boundaries as to when she want to get marry, if the moment is right she will just say yes!
I said I don't want to get married!

At this point again agwenalist and zen kept saying me and jay will get married blah blah... -.-
agwenalist say the right age is 28 because after 28 it will be difficult to find a suitable boyfriend as we will be near to 30. Then she ponder to the question what if we cannot married off the shelf. And she started to say she dislike those relatives always asking qn like "Do u have a boyfriend?" blah blah...

So we decide to role play
agwenalist is the bitchy auntie and I am sort of like her...

Great 8th Aunt: Aye You are XXX child right?
Me trying to be agwenalist: No I am AAA child.
Great 8th Aunt: Ohhhhh ya.. Got boyfriend or not?
Me trying to be agwenalist: No...don't have
Great 8th Aunt: DON'T HAVE? how come?
Me trying to be agwenalist: Standard too LOW, CANNOT match me
Great 8th Aunt: Office leh?
Me trying to be agwenalist: All old old one...
Great 8th Aunt: Your sis and brother all got gf bf already leh...
Me trying to be agwenalist: Ya but they will break soon don't worry hor..

No offence to agwenalist's sibs! I was trying to monkey ard as usual! Lol. Please don't take it to heart! I was thinking all these "San gu liu po" always trying to dig out news, I mean like why do they asked so much? Do they care? No I don't think so.. I just think they wanted to hear something bad happen then they will be happy cos they have something to gossip among their community of gossip mongers! So since they wanted to hear it so badly might as well say something shocking and bad to them hahaha!

In the end we talked and talked until past 12 midnight. We were like so shocked! There wasn't any train for us to take back home so we went to take money from ATM machine then went home. Wanted to chat somemore but jay was locked out of the flat, and nobody was in at the moment so I have to go back first.

Talking about ATM machine.. Esplanade is kind of stupid not having POSB/DBS ATM machine. I have to go to some mini mart to take out the money through this dunno what service which will charge me like 80 cents. -.-
Oh another thing... I saw Electrico on the chart of like some dedication list on Nickelodeon channel. Wow they are that hot? I have no idea man. Or did i see wrongly? They have a song call "Runaway" ya?

Anyways I really enjoyed going out with agwenalist and zen that night! It was pure fun! XD
Really have lots of laughs! Too bad I forgotten to bring Plain Sunset cd...
And if only I am much much richer...
