AV has left the building... :(

Sigh~ I felt quite down, everything happened on 10th of May(Wed).

Remember that my previous blog, I have mentioned that I have a very nice colleague whom I can get along well? AV?

His last day was on the 11th of May(Thurs)! We all actually thought that his last day was end of June! The game company that he went for interview wanted to hire him and he told this piece of news to the executive producer quite earlier on. It was during Wednesday that I got to know the news... My leader JS knew it long ago too but did not told us because AV wanted to keep it from us so that we won't feel very sad.

But... but I feel that he kept it from us and let us knew last minute was even WORSE! It was like no warning... I felt that it only made us more sad... Anyway after I knew he was going off so soon, I was unhappy that he and JS didn't tell at least the photoshop team.

Then after that I tried not to talk to AV, because I was quite mad at him for not telling me too... and I thought we were good friends? Maybe all that thinking was one sided. And I know that feeling this way was really very childish. Getting mad at someone for something so trivial. But I do really feel sad... :(

Recalling back this past 2 months, I always talked to him about games, about Buddha's insights and various stuff as he sat only behind me. And sometimes I do constantly bully him as he is quite soft spoken and have that kind of *bully me* face. Hahaha... Well I guess that's all gone now. Now there won't be anyone for me to bully and talked to...

I think I need 1 week to recover from this shock! And to get used to the fact that AV is no longer there! ~_~

ps: Forgot to add that we all bought him an Adidas jacket, world cup themed as a farewell gift because he mentioned before that his jacket was spoilt. And he wore quite an old fashioned windbreaker... It's from World Cup LA 1994... heh... =p JS mentioned that AV might come back if he isn't happy at his new company. Frankly speaking I felt it's a little unfair that he get such privilege. But I think that is because JS likes him and also that he is quite capable. Anyway the executive producer allows it so what more can anyone say right? But judging by AV's character he won't come back as he don't want to treat the company like some charity shelter.

A whole 2 weeks of no blogging...

The reason?

Because of the sudden cut off of internet connection and laziness of course! ;)

Let's start off with this voting of PAP against countless of other Parties. Frankly speaking, I don't know who to vote. I'm 24 (after 26th June :p) this year, I don't read much of the newspapers on what is happening around Singapore, on what PAP or what other Parties has done for the country or neighbourhoods or whatever, I don't go to rallies to hear what they have to say (I don't even know when and where they are held..)... So how do you expect me to vote?
I hate voting not because I don't have a mind of my own but I regard it simply as hassle. But luckily my voting area is near to my place so... =p Did I forget to mention that this is my first time voting?

There was once a taxi uncle told me that the opposition team who got Potong Pasir upgrade their flats etc etc but didn't ask a cent from the residents living there or seek help from government. On the other hand the government didn't care about the residents living in Potong Pasir as they are not under PAP. He continued saying that the Potong Pasir residents did paid the tax so where is the government like that? Then he asked me whether does that make sense?

Also a certain someone JH(if you can guess who is it that's good! Not company colleagues) keep asking me to vote for the opposition. I mean I vote who I want to, please don't tell me who to vote! It is quite irritating when he said his big terms to me... @_@

Last Friday (28th May which is Mat's Bday!) I met up with Monica to go Seow Choon Games Specialist (小 春 电 玩 ) to buy my DS Lite! I bought the sky blue color one. I prefer white but I can't bear to see the white turn into yellowish white later on. Sky blue is the second choice though! In total I bought:

1. DS Lite
2. 2 games, 1 Animal Crossing, 2 Resident Evil Deadly Silence
3. A bag to protect the DS Lite.
4. Screen protectors.

Grand Total: SGD 475

Then I bought a secondhand Nintendogs from PR from the co. for SGD 35. Normally they sold the game for SGD 59.
Later that night, I went to Sim Lim to eat dinner with Monica and also at the same time discuss about the game.

So far I really like Animal Crossing! But for how long? Animal Crossing feature different things everyday that is why it keeps things fresh and fun! But it can't feature different things for a whole year isn't it!? For Nintendogs, it was really really fun during the first few days. But later on when you get to know the techniques and mechanics behind the whole game, you will start to feel bored. Resident Evil DS, was ok. Everything was so cheesy and FUNNY!!! XD I had a great laugh looking at the opening scene of that! Hahaha! I remember I don't feel cheesy looking at the opening of Resident Evil when I'm like secondary 2. HEY! That was like 10 years ago you know!!! =p Wow how time flies... I feel so old... =((

On Labour Day (1st of May), I met up with Gwen & Zen to watch The Wild. Not a bad movie, quite funny... especially the koala bear! =D Then I order food from the counter, the kind people there bring me the food so that I won't need to wait. Before starting the movie, there will always be some music playing, I like the music so I ask one of the usher what is the album they are playing, and she did help me found out! After the movie was over, we all went to Swensen, later on, I bought the album! HAHAHA...

UPDATED NEWS May 7th:

I am so lazy that I don't want to create another blog... Jean found a job at Six Trees! I went to their website and found out that their work is particularly good! SixTrees
I really do like how do they come up with the company name six trees. It has to do with their surname Lim! The way they describe is very funny!

I haven't been doing my portfolio.. Got to.... start... today when I heard how much Jean is earning at SS and then when she easily secure the job with Six Trees... and the pay she is getting, I feel that I really NEED to practise more... If not, I will never ever find a job easily or earn the pay she is earning now... =(

Today there was suppose to be a company BBQ at East Coast but PP & I didn't go because we actually have a date with Jean and Monica in the first place but we mixed it up...

Now I'm actually connecting to the internet via WiFi technology to find other players in Animal Crossing BUT there isn't anyone on!? GOSH!? Where have all the people gone!?!?!?!??!! >_<>

p.s.:My probation period has come to an end and I didn't get kick out! That's a relief! =)
